Group Counseling
Overview
Group counseling offers a powerful space for healing, self-discovery, and support. In a group setting, individuals come together to share experiences, explore challenges, and practice new skills in a safe and affirming environment. Guided by trained facilitators, group members benefit not only from the guidance of a counselor but also from the shared wisdom, empathy, and encouragement of their peers. Whether focused on a specific concern—like ADHD, anxiety, or self-esteem—or centered on personal growth, group counseling helps participants realize they are not alone in their journey.
