In counseling, leadership means modeling authenticity, promoting ethical practice, and empowering others through collaboration and service. My approach to leadership is grounded in cultural humility, advocacy, and a deep commitment to creating inclusive, growth-oriented spaces—whether in group settings, peer supervision, or community outreach. I strive to lead with empathy, integrity, and a spirit of shared learning. Below is a short reflection on my experience developing leadership skills throughout this master’s program.
